Soft Toy Emergency

Soft Toy Emergency
Soft Toy Emergency, fronted by lead singer Jen, are a 5-piece band from Liverpool who have spent the early part of 2009 tearing up dance floors all over the UK. Armed with a bag full of potential hits, they have started to create a few excited whispers on the live/club circuits.
Having been together for little over a year they have come a long way. Originally a house party favourite, the band has since been pedalling their wares to larger and larger crowds. Not only have they been gracing the same stages with acts such as Friendly Fires, Little Boots and N.E.R.D but they have already played the country's biggest festivals this summer including Glastonbury and Isle of Wight, with V Festival and Reading / Leeds still to come.
Since releasing two singles through Friends Vs Records - and being championed by Radio 1's Steve Lamacq, BBC 6 Music's Nemone and Tom Robinson and XFM's John Kennedy - they are now looking forward to releasing their new single: 'Critical', this autumn. The sing-along lyrics and melody lines have already had the song labelled as a potential anthem by club DJs and has started to create a buzz throughout the UK.
