NoT SQuAreS were recently born out of intensive improvisation and have evolved through an organic and democratic process of producing music that makes dance an ideology. Over the last year Not Squares have carved themselves a name as an exciting live act throughout Uk and Ireland, bringing the party to every place they play. It's not just about dancing; it’s about dancing with people. July 2009 sees the release of their debut single, double A side 7” Aye Yo Pa/IYOUUSIT. The single, released with Irish indie label The Richter Collective (Adebisi Shank, Ebu Gogo, Worrier, Blakfish, Bats), will precede an ambitious debut album currently in process and to be released early 2010.
